Like entertainment, Fuzz Band will also ensure to provide the best experience to customers through its products (Hoodies and Caps). While transacting through our platform, you can expect smooth and easy proceedings in returning the product.
This return and refund policy along with the Terms defines our procedures in accepting the returns, product cancellation, and refunds thereof.
Consent To Our Policy
At Fuzz Band, we only stock authentic products. Our items are reliable and genuine and are obtained directly from the manufacturer or their authorized distributors. Before shipping, we do several levels of meticulous quality checks, hence eliminating any chances of fake or pirated products. If you will have any concerns about thereliability of any of the items,which you decide to purchase from us, you can contact us directly through the email mentioned on our website and we will be happy to resolve your concerns.
You may raise the request for the return of the product within 5 business days after it has been received. But it will be considered for return only if it follows certain conditions:

After receiving the return request, the product will be picked within few days by our delivery executive. Then this item will be brought back to our warehouse where we will in our sole discretion, verify whether the defect/ damage or inaccuracy claimed in such goods are admissible by us. We will also verify whether such defaults are made from our side and after the whole investigation will accept or reject the request.
If the return request is accepted by us after the whole verification, a refund is initiated from our end. In case the order is prepaid through card or net banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which the transaction was made within 2-4 working days. In the situation of "Cash on Delivery Orders," a refund check will be deposited in their bank accounts for which the customer needs to provide their bank account details.

In such conditions also, the product will be replaced only when the product delivered to you is in original/unused condition along with the original invoice/sale receipt. We will accept the replacement request of such items subject to the terms of this policy. However, if you will make the request or register a complaint regarding the damage to the product within the replacement period, such a request will not be accepted.
Here also we will check whether the claims made by you regarding the default in the products is acceptable by us and then accordingly, we will accept or reject the replacement request. Such a decision by us will be final and binding.
An order can be canceled only till it is not processed for delivery, once it is packed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Once you request for cancellation, it will take some time to cancel your order and once we cancel it, we will notify you. We will make a refund from our side once the cancellation is approved, but this will take time to get reflected in your account according to the mode of payment used.
